SMS/Text Messaging Privacy
Mowmasters of Ascension operates an internal operations portal used by our
employees. As part of employment, employees may provide a mobile phone number to
receive operational text message notifications from the company.
Mobile Information and Third Parties
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for
marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in
support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case
categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this
information will not be shared with any third parties.
What We Collect
We collect the employee's name and mobile phone number, entered by a company
administrator into the internal operations portal.
How We Use It
Mobile phone numbers are used solely to send internal operational notifications
to active employees, including equipment status alerts, checklist and report
reminders, company announcements, and safety notices. We do not use employee
mobile numbers for marketing.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Employees can expect to
receive approximately 5 to 20 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply.
Opting Out
Employees may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by asking
a company administrator to remove their number from the system. Reply HELP for
